Touch For Health Training - Levels 1 - 4 The Touch for Health synthesis is taught over four levels covering a minimum of 60 hours. Touch for Health 1 covers many of the fundamental concepts of Kinesiology including the following techniques.  Muscle Testing  Neuro-lymphatic reflexes  Neuro-vascular reflexes  Coordination exercises  Meridian Massage  Auricular Exercise  14 Muscle Balance  Stress Release  Surrogate Testing  Visual Inhibition  Posture Awareness  Pain relief Main teaching concepts:  TFH 1 – 14 Muscle Balance  TFH 2 – The Law of 5 Elements  TFH 3 – Reactive Muscles  TFH 4 – Posture and Consolidation Each Level is normally run over two days (weekends) with scheduled practise nights to have fun practising all that you learn.
